B.A.N.K.™ is the only methodology in the world, scientifically validated to predict buying behavior in less than 90 seconds. Everything involves buying into something or someone. Deloitte estimates that 60% to 70% of companies in the U.S. use personality typing to assess the likelihood of future success with prospective candidates, especially in sales and customer service jobs, yet personality typing has come under growing scrutiny for its lack of validity and inability to predict a candidate’s ultimate success.
San Francisco State University’s 2016 white paper verified the B.A.N.K.™ methodology works. B.A.N.K.™ can improve your communications to build relationships.
Join Susan K Younger as she introduces you to the secret, the science, the system, and the solution. Susan has worked within corporations, small businesses and as a solopreneur. While leading teams internally and externally in business, it has been her skill to deal with the diversity of the people that served her best. Introduced to B.A.N.K.™ in 2015, she realized it was the one thing that defines how to work with others. Learn how 90 seconds can change how you do business.

“Why They Buy”
Deloitte estimates 60% to 70% of companies in the U.S. use personality typing programs with sales and HR departments to type sales people in efforts to increase sales, trusting that these proven tests will get the desired revenue increase. Unfortunately these programs often fail to deliver. That’s because it is not the personality of the salesperson that affects the sale. It’s the personality of the prospect that matters. “Why your prospects buy” is exponentially more important than “how you sell”. Companies spend thousands of hours and millions of dollars annually teaching their people how to sell, instead of investing in answering the only question that ever matters to the bottom line: Why do they buy?
Buying motivations differ dramatically depending on a prospect’s personality, yet most salespeople sell based on what would appeal most to their own personality codes without taking into consideration the personalities of their prospects. This leads to misunderstandings and unappealing pitches. It’s no surprise that 66% of customers are consistently turned off by sales presentations. When you decipher your prospect’s personality code and let it guide your sale, you are far more likely to get the YES!
B.A.N.K.™ is the only personality profile that identifies “why they buy”. This
customers profile is done in less than 90 seconds. Susan K. Younger will
introduce you to B.A.N.K.™ and how you can learn and apply this approach to
your business, dramatically increase close rates and ultimately revenue. This
approach is focused on changing the approach of traditional sales to something that aligns with our current business climate; the goal is to increase the depth of our communications and relationships which ultimately build a stronger and more sustainable client base.
